Returns and Refunds Policy

At Fairytales and Fossils, we strive to ensure the highest quality in all our products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help resolve it. Please review our policy below:

Time Frame for Claims:

All refund and exchange claims must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

Poor Quality or Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or of poor quality, please email us detailing the issue and include a photo of the problem.
Note: We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping (e.g., a box damaged during delivery).

Wrong Product Shipped:

If you receive a product different from the one ordered, please email us your order number, a photo of what you ordered, and a photo of the product received.
Missing Items:

If your order is missing items, email us with your order number and details of the missing items.

Design Issue:

If the printed design substantially differs from the provided artwork, please email us a photo showing the discrepancy.

Resolution Options:

For issues related to poor quality, wrong products, or design discrepancies, we offer either a replacement or a full refund.
For missing items, we will either resend the missing item or offer a refund for the missing item.

Change of mind

Due to the nature of our personalised products we do not offer a refund for change of mind. We are more than happy to assist with your decision, so please feel free to get in contact before making your purchase. In the event an order is cancelled at our discretion, we will charge a restocking fee of 10% to cover costs associated with cancelling the order.

Note: All sales are final, and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
